Tech Flow is operated by Advanta Digital LLC, a Florida company doing business as Tech Flow.
Tech Flow is a community of Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals in the United States. We run meetups, publish this website, and sell memberships to small paid peer groups we call circles. The company behind the name is Advanta Digital LLC, a Florida company doing business as Tech Flow.
These terms cover the website at jointechflow.com, our events, and our circles. By buying a ticket, creating an account or joining a circle, you agree to them.
You do not have a password with us. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email address, which means whoever can read your email can reach your account. Keep that mailbox secure.
If you have booked with more than one address over the years, each of them opens the same profile. Tell us if an address you no longer control is attached to your account and we will remove it.
One account belongs to one person. Do not share it, and do not create an account for someone else without their say-so.
Tickets are non-refundable. We keep prices as low as we can, and part of how we do that is by keeping the work around each event small. A refund costs us the payment processing fee whether or not the money comes back to you, and we order food, space and staffing against the number of people registered. When you take a seat, that seat is bought.
The exception runs the other way: if we cancel an event, or move it to another date or city, you get a full refund if you ask for one. Just reply to your ticket email.
Your ticket is for you. The QR code in your confirmation is what gets you through the door, so treat it like a ticket to anything else and do not post it publicly. We may refuse entry or cancel a ticket if it has clearly been passed around or resold.
Prices, tiers and any discount or promo code are what the event page says at the moment you buy. A code that has expired or hit its limit will not apply afterwards.
A circle is a paid membership, billed monthly, quarterly or half-yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically at the same rate until you cancel, and we email you seven days before a quarterly or half-yearly renewal so nothing arrives as a surprise.
You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account. Access continues to the end of the term you have already paid for. There is a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions, and the 14 days run from that first payment, not from a later renewal.
Quarterly and half-yearly members can pause once in a twelve-month period, for up to 60 days. Billing and access stop together and restart together.
One membership buys one circle. There is no bundle and no all-access plan. Sessions are recorded for members; what is shown and said inside a circle stays inside it, and that applies to you as much as to everyone else in the room.
Points are a reward we hand out on ticket purchases. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can be changed or discontinued. The full rules live on the Points page.
Anything you write or upload — your bio, your photo, a milestone, feedback you let us quote — stays yours. By putting it on Tech Flow you give us permission to show it on the site and in our emails about the community, for as long as you leave it there.
Only put up things you have the right to put up, and do not upload a photo of someone who would not want it published. We can take down anything that breaks these terms, is somebody else’s work, or turns the site into an advertisement.
You control how visible your profile is, and you can set it back to private at any time. What is already public may have been copied or cached elsewhere, which is not something we can reach.
The whole point of the room is that nobody in it is a prospect. Do not pitch the room, do not work it as a lead list, and do not export the guest list to sell into. Experts, hosts and members are all held to this.
Harassment, threats and slurs end a membership on the spot, at an event and online. We can refuse entry, cancel a ticket, close an account or remove someone from a circle if they make the room worse for everybody else. Where we cancel a circle membership for this reason, we refund the unused part of the term.
Everything we run is educational and social. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, immigration or other professional advice, and nothing said at an event, in a circle, in a chat or on this site is a recommendation to take any particular action. Speakers and invited experts speak for themselves; you are not their client, and attending creates no professional relationship.
We do not promise any outcome. Members describe their own results, which are theirs and not a forecast of yours. Decisions you make after a conversation here are your own.
We keep the site running as best we can, but we do not promise it is always available or always free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for anything that goes wrong is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and if a change matters to people who have already paid — a price, a renewal, a refund rule — we will email members rather than quietly editing the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something cannot be sorted out between us, it goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. There is no arbitration clause here and no waiver of your right to go to court.
Start by emailing us. Nearly everything is a misunderstanding that one reply fixes.
