Tech Flow is a community of 1,000+ Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals building careers and companies in the US. Since 2023 it has hosted 41 in-person meetups and now meets in 14 US cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Denver, Aventura and Boca Raton, anchored by its South Florida chapter, combining keynotes from operators who ship with structured networking.
We gather every month or two around one session that’s worth showing up for — a hands-on workshop or a keynote from an operator who ships. Then the actual reason most people come: a real networking party, not "light refreshments."
Between events, the community lives in Telegram — 1,000+ members trading intros, leads, hires, and hard-won answers about building in the US.
Tech Flow is a community of 1,000+ Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals building careers and companies in the US. We meet in person — one keynote worth showing up for, structured networking, and a room of people who actually ship.
We meet across South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Boca Raton, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens); Colorado (Denver, Boulder); Central Florida (Tampa, Orlando); Texas (Austin); Illinois (Chicago); Minnesota (Minneapolis); Bay Area (San Francisco). New cities open as local organizers step up.
The community is Russian-speaking, and most conversations happen in Russian. Talks and materials mix Russian and English — the working languages of our members’ careers.
