a room, not
a group chat.

Tech Flow is the community for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals building careers and companies in the US. We meet every month or two, in a different city, around one session worth showing up for — and then we stay for the part that actually builds a network.

a note from the founder
Nikolai Strakh

I moved to Miami from Russia with a career behind me and nobody here who could vouch for it. Tech Flow is the room I needed and couldn’t find — so I built it. 43 meetups later, it’s the room a thousand people use.

why this exists

Moving is easy. Rebuilding a network is not.

Most people arrive in the US with a career behind them and no one here who can vouch for it. The résumé travels; the network doesn’t. Tech Flow exists to rebuild that second thing in person — the introductions, the referrals, the honest answer about what a US salary band or a term sheet actually looks like.

So we meet. Every month or two, in a real room, with a real agenda. Everyone in it is building something in the US and speaks the same first language, which means the small talk ends early and the useful part starts sooner.

the format

How an evening runs.

01
One session worth the trip

A keynote or a hands-on workshop from an operator who ships — not a panel, not a pitch. You leave knowing something you didn’t.

02
Everyone introduces themselves

Thirty seconds each, on a clock, the whole room. It’s the reason people find each other instead of standing with whoever they came with.

03
A real networking party

Food, drinks, and a photographer — not "light refreshments." This is the part most people actually came for, and we give it hours.

04
The community between events

Members stay in touch in a private chat where intros, leads, hires, and hard-won answers get traded daily.
