Tech Flow is the community for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals building careers and companies in the US. We meet every month or two, in a different city, around one session worth showing up for — and then we stay for the part that actually builds a network.

Most people arrive in the US with a career behind them and no one here who can vouch for it. The résumé travels; the network doesn’t. Tech Flow exists to rebuild that second thing in person — the introductions, the referrals, the honest answer about what a US salary band or a term sheet actually looks like.
So we meet. Every month or two, in a real room, with a real agenda. Everyone in it is building something in the US and speaks the same first language, which means the small talk ends early and the useful part starts sooner.
