You earn 25 points for every $1 you spend on a Tech Flow ticket. Points are earned on the amount you actually pay — a ticket you receive free, or pay for entirely with points, does not earn points.
Points pay for a whole ticket, not part of one. When your balance covers the full price of a Tech Flow ticket — 100 points per $1, after any member or promotional price — you can use them to get that ticket free. Below that, points stay banked until they cover one. There is no partial discount, and you need to be signed in to your Tech Flow account to spend them.
Points have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money — including as part of a refund. If you cancel a ticket you paid for with points, the points return to your balance; you are never refunded money for a ticket you did not pay money for. If you cancel a ticket you paid for with a card, the money is refunded to your card and the points that purchase earned are removed.
Each batch of points expires 12 months after you earn it. When you spend points, the ones closest to expiring are used first. Your balance page shows when your oldest points run out.
Tech Flow may change or end this program at any time, with notice to members holding a balance. Points are a promotional reward, not a stored-value or gift card product.
