the place

The Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation is South Florida’s startup building: a 54,000 square-foot facility on the fifth floor of NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library, run as a public-private partnership between Nova Southeastern University and Broward County. Its three programs — Ideate, Incubate and Accelerate — take founders from a design-thinking prototype through to revenue and funding. The building also houses co-working space, a Cybersecurity Range, a media production studio, and the North Star Pitch Room. Tech Flow meets here because the room matches the crowd: people who are actually building something, in a place built for exactly that.

Want to host Tech Flow?

We bring 50–150 Russian-speaking founders, engineers, and operators into a room for an evening — one keynote, real conversations, and a networking party that actually runs late. We handle ticketing, the guest list, check-in, and promotion. What we need from a venue is the space and a power outlet.
