longevity.

Everyone has an opinion about living longer, and almost none of it comes from people who study the molecules. This one does.

Dr. Nikolay Dokholyan — physicist and molecular biophysicist — on what the research actually shows about neurodegeneration, metabolism, chronic inflammation, and the handful of factors that genuinely move the needle.

what this is

A community that meets in person.

Tech Flow is the Russian-speaking community for founders, engineers, and operators in the US — 700+ people who build, sell, raise, and ship. We meet in person every month or two, in a different city, around one session worth showing up for.

This is our first edition in the Bay Area, at Homeland Creative Loft in SoMa. Doors at six, and we finish with a real networking party — not "light refreshments."
